Ask them what you could do to make the appointment more tolerable.

Don’t make assumptions.

Give them a drop down menu of things that you could do such as explaining what you’ll be doing.

  • Ask them what would be their preference.
  • Don’t assume.
  • You have more chance to miss the target if you don’t ask.

Taking the time to ask these questions increases the chance of your patients being able to be better regulated during the appointment and have an overall better experience.
